How To Purchase?

 

Ordering

Placing an order in EasySIGN's online shop is easy! The first step is to tell us what language you prefer for shopping. You will see a 'Your Language' option at the top right. This is just the language for the shopping process, it does not set the language of any product.

 

To make a purchase:

1. Once you have found something to buy, simply configure the product options. Click the “Add to Cart” button. The item will be added to your shopping cart. Repeat adding products until you have all the products in your shopping cart.
2. When you have finished shopping, and you have got a coupon code, make sure you enter it on the checkout page. When you're happy with your shopping cart and ready to checkout, click on “Checkout” at “My Cart”.
3. Before checking out please make sure that you have read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of the EASYSIGN web shop by ticking the “I accept”-box. If you like you can also print or save the General Terms and Conditions by clicking the print/ save button.
4. Confirm your order details and click the "Place Order" button to complete your purchase.

 

How the checkout works:

1. Your billing information: The billing address is used to verify your credit card details with your bank or financial institution, and these are also the details we will use to contact you about your order if we need to.
2. Your shipping information is the address to which you want your order delivered. Please review this information carefully to avoid problems or delays with your order.
3. Shipping method: Next, select your preferred shipping option: Goods can be sent via express delivery by GLS and Fedex, or Pick up /Collect. Applicable charges are displayed after your selection. (See the Delivery section below for more information.)
4. Payment information: Choose the payment method you prefer from the options offered. For payment options see also “Payment & Security”.
5. Order review: First up, review the details of your order. Have you given us the right addresses? Have you selected the items you want? Do you have a promotional coupon code that you'd like to use? If any of these details are incorrect, just click “back”, make the changes and continue again. If correct, read and check the “The terms ” and complete the order by clicking on “Place order”.
6. Once you're ready to pay, enter your payment details by following the instructions depending on the payment method you have chosen. All done? Click “Make payment”.
7. You will receive emails with the order, invoice and license details. Downloadable EasySIGN software and downloadable Stockart Illustrations allow you to purchase and download directly to your computer. You can use the downloadable software product after completing your purchase and installing your license. You can download your artwork product immediately after purchase or return to your EasySIGN “My account” later and complete the download.
8 Most orders are processed immediately. Please check your email spam folder if you’ve been waiting for more than 10 minutes. Alternatively you can log in to “My account” and view the status of your order, access your downloadable products and software tickets.

 

Viewing Orders and Updating Account Information

The “My account” page makes it easy for you to view orders placed and/or to change your account information. Simply click the "My Account" link on the top of the EasySIGN web shop home page. Sign in with the your e-mail address and password.

 

Payment & Security

1. EasySIGN accepts iDeal, standing orders, DirectEbanking, Giropay, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and payment from your bank account. We do not accept Smart Cards such as Paysafecard and Cash-Ticket. Dependng your country and products the available payment methods may be different.
2. In case you have ordered a subscription, payment to EasySIGN shall automatically occur via a standing order. Please note that such order will extend to any and all renewals of subscriptions and other products and services that you have purchased. You will have the right to change your method of payment by accessing the ‘My subscription’ from ‘My account’ in the EasySIGN web shop within a period of 30 days before the automatic renewal, and/or within a period of 30 days after the automatic renewal but only when the automatic renewal failed because no payment could be obtained.
3. We offer you consistently low prices on every item in our store. All prices are listed in EURO or in U.S. dollars. You may be able to pay in either the local currency of your card or in EURO or USD.

 

Pricing & secure payment

1. With respect to updating previous versions of EasySIGN software, in some cases we can provide a promotional discount with a unique coupon code. See the EasySIGN main website www.easysign.com for requesting a special update offer.
2. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. EasySIGN's prices will change on occasion.
3. At the EasySIGN shop it is safe to use your credit card. When you make a purchase via our online shop you are transacting via a secure server, which means your credit card details are encrypted before being sent over the internet. Your card details are not stored on our online server, but processed and handled directly by our payment service providers who assure compliance with the latest safety standards for payment transactions.

 

Shipping & Brokerage

1. Shipping charges are not applicable to download products and software with PC binding. Shipping charges will only be shown if needed. EasySIGN ships orders from 1 major warehouse around the globe – Melkweg 5, 5527CZ Hapert (Netherlands). Shipping charges from this location are based on method (carrier), weight and distance. Costs are made clear before you finalise your purchase. In case you select the option “Pick up / Collect” you will be contacted by EasySIGN sales staff the moment your order will be ready to pick up. Then you will be able to arrange your own shipping by using the carrier of your preference.
2. When you have something shipped outside the EU, you're essentially hiring FedEx to represent you to bring your goods across the border. The brokerage fees are not included in the shipping price and usually a percentage of the shipment's value or some fixed amount. These fees may be requested up front when you sign for the goods, or Fedex might send you an invoice by mail. EasySIGN receives no part of these fees and therefore cannot provide a refund on the costs incurred.

 

Delivery times and tracking

1. Most orders sent via GLS and Fedex mail will arrive within 2-7 business days after dispatch. We are unable to guarantee delivery times, however we do work closely with all our couriers to make sure that issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
2. Orders sent by express delivery will only be dispatched on the same day from our warehouse if they are placed before noon CET. If you're in a hurry, use the contact page or phone to check if we can be of any further assistance to you regarding the urgent shipping of your order. Once your order is dispatched with GLS or Fedex you will receive an email with the shipping details such as tracking number and tracking URL. This make you able to check the status of Fedex shipping instantly.

 

Return to sender & lost parcels

1. The shipping address details you provide are copied verbatim on the label, so it’s really important that you enter those correctly. If your parcel is taking longer than expected to arrive, the first thing to do is check it’s status with the provided tracking number and URL. If you have addressed the parcel to be delivered at your work place, check with everyone at your reception and/or in charge of your company mailroom. If you have no luck there, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
2. If your parcel is returned to us, we will get in touch with you straight away. If you supplied us with the complete and correct delivery address, we will resend the parcel free of charge via the same shipping method only. We are happy to arrange the resending of your parcel by another or an express postal service, but please be aware that the additional costs are to be covered by you.
3. If the shipping address details you provided are incorrect or incomplete in any way, we may have to bill you for an additional freight charge. EasySIGN does not take responsibility for parcels that are incorrectly or insufficiently addressed, but we will do whatever we can to recover the parcel on your behalf.

 

In stock, pre-order & back-order items

Items in stock are shipped immediately. If any of the items in your order are not in stock (e.g. on pre-order or back-order), we'll send them (via your chosen method) as soon as stock arrives in the warehouse.

 

VAT & Import

EasySIGN BV gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. Available products, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. The listed prices in the shop are excluding VAT. During checkout the VAT will be displayed and added in case applicable. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from EasySIGN BV, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

 

Returns & Replacements

We'll do everything we can to fix the problem, but please understand that your order may have already left the warehouse or that the software license tickets have already been generated. If this is the case, your purchase can be returned or exchanged as per our returns policy in the “General Terms and Conditions”. Please note that we are unable to provide 'change of mind' exchanges or refunds on delivered digital products. The terms also apply to the shipment of any replacement product that might be shipped if there is a problem with the original shipment. If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfers to us upon receipt at our office in Hapert, Netherlands. Licensing, Gift cards, Coupon codes and Maintenance and Support.

 

Promotions & coupon codes

1. Promotional offers can be made by EasySIGN authorized dealers, by providing you with a coupon code. When taking advantage of one, be sure to read the restrictions associated with that promotion. If your order does not seem to reflect all the benefits mentioned in the promotion, you may want to review the specific promotion's restrictions as well as our general terms.
2. Some promotional discounts are limited-time offers. To qualify for a specific promotion, your order must be placed during the specified promotional period. We are unable to apply special discounts to items ordered before or after the dates of a promotional offer. Orders that are shipped to multiple addresses are also not eligible.
3. If you receive a coupon code from EasySIGN or from one of our dealers, it means you can get a discount or a special gift with your purchase from our online shop. Simply enter the code on the shopping cart page (or during checkout). Enter your coupon code exactly as it appears in the offer, including upper and lower case letters.
4. Things you need to know about promotional codes:
  • EasySIGN coupon codes can only be used at the time of order and are only valid in our online shop.
  • EasySIGN coupon codes can't be used towards payment after you've submitted and paid for your order. If you forgot to use your coupon, then you can either use it on your next order or give it to a friend.
  • EasySIGN coupon codes are not valid with other offers or promotions and you can't use more than one coupon code for a single order.
  • A coupon code can be combined with an order containing an “EasySIGN Gift Card”. This may only discount other products, not the Gift Card because a Gift Card is processed at no additional costs.
  • Each coupon code can only be used once unless otherwise stated.
  • Coupon codes can't be used to buy goods that are already discounted unless otherwise stated.
  • You need to have a “my account” to use a promotional code.
  • Coupon codes are only valid for a limited time and expire on the date specified in the offer.
  • Coupon code discounts don't apply to shipping charges unless specified.
  • Coupon codes are only valid for the initial order and not for any recurring order (such as e.g. subscription extensions).
  • Coupon codes can't be used to purchase other products than specific EasySIGN software products (such as e.g. stock illustrations) unless specified.
  • Coupon codes can't be changed for cash.

The discount we are able to offer for any item is dependent upon its availability.

 

EasySIGN Gift Card

In case you have received an “EasySIGN Gift Card” from your EasySIGN dealer, this card can be exchanged for an official EasySIGN license by entering the unique number of the “EasySIGN Gift Card” at the EasySIGN shop. Payment of your “Gift Card” is arranged by your dealer and therefore you are not asked to enter any payment details. You may combine a “Gift card” order with other purchase(s), in that case you will be asked for payment of the other products. After completing the (free) gift card purchase you will receive the ticket for your software by email .

 

Licensing

Trial version

Download and register the free full featured 30-day trial version of EasySIGN and get started immediately. You will receive a ticket for your free trail license by email.

 

Perpetual

Get your own perpetual license that fits your demands. The Perpetual license is better suited when you want your license to be valid forever. You have the possibility to buy maintenance for a certain period just in case you need it. The perpetual license can be customized in the ordering menu in the EasySIGN web shop.

 

Subscription

The EasySIGN software is now available on a subscription basis. The Subscription License is better suited when you are on a tight budget and want to be sure of maintenance for the same period as your Subscription.

Active subscriptions are automatically renewed and always include EasySIGN software maintenance. Prices of recurring subscriptions are automatically updated to the actual prices at the moment of renewal. 30 days before automatic renewal of the subscription an email will be sent to the you, informing you about the renewal and the possibility of cancellation. In case a subscription is cancelled before the expiration date, the subscriptions will not be automatically renewed. Please be aware that cancellation after the expiration date will cancel your subscription at the end of the next subscription period.

 

Educational

Implement the EasySIGN software in your training program. The educational license provides you the right to use the EasySIGN software for educational purposes at a reduced price. You can even purchase a license for up to 10 simultaneous users at a low price. Please read our Educational License product information for more specific details.

 

USB Dongle or PC Binding

EasySIGN software is protected against unauthorized usage by means of licenses. Purchased licenses can be stored in (binded to) a Personal Computer (PC) or a USB Dongle. The advantage of PC binding is that it requires no purchase and shipment of a USB dongle. Software can be downloaded and used within a few minutes. The disadvantage of PC binding is that the use of the software is limited to a single PC. The advantage of USB dongle binding is that the software can be installed on multiple PCs; the USB dongle can be taken with you and plugged in at the PC where you want to run the software. After purchase you receive a ticket and during the automatic setup wizard you are asked to choose whether you want to install the license on a PC or on a USB dongle. It is that easy.

 

Maintenance & support

1. All valid EasySIGN subscriptions come with complimentary maintenance for the duration of the subscription. This allows you to install the latest service packs published by EasySIGN. Perpetual licenses come with a time limited complimentary maintenance. Upon expiration, you can no longer install service packs published by EasySIGN and released after the expiration date. For this purpose you can buy a separate ‘Maintenance’ subscription product at the EasySIGN web shop, or alternatively, you can buy a product that includes time limited maintenance. After the specified maintenance period or the subscription period has expired, you have no further right to receive/install any service packs without the purchase of either a new maintenance contract or subscription, or a product that includes complimentary maintenance and support.
2. Online technical support is available for users only with valid “Maintenance”. Note that we employ a fair use policy in case of an extensive or frequent support demand. In that case you will be contacted by EasySIGN with other possible options/solutions.

Privacy

1. Your privacy is important to us. We will not sell your contact details to third parties without your permission. However we may disclose information about you to our business partners who help us provide our services, such as credit card payment processing companies, and other companies in the EasySIGN family. You can access and change the information we hold about you in your account at any time.
2. We would like our international customers and our customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Also, we may provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers. Such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
